Delivery Cost and Timeframe

Delivery cost is determined by total quantity, weight and invoice price of all products ordered.
Specific delivery cost is clearly indicated at the checkout process.
Delivery time may delay due to Malaysian Public Holidays.

International Delivery Cost

International orders will be shipped via Express Mail Service (EMS) to all major countries with tracking code.

Trackable Parcel

A tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order has been dispatched.

Processing and Delivery Cut-Off Time

Cut-off time for all online and phone orders at 2:00PM (UTC/GMT +8).
We will make our best effort to process and dispatch all orders that are placed before the the cut-off time in the next 1-2 business days (subject to stock availability).
We do not dispatch orders on weekends and public holidays.

Non-Delivery of Order

Kindly contact us if you do not receive your order after 14 working days for domestic order or 30 working days for international order.

Shipping Cost on Return Items

All shipping cost incurred when sending products for return are at customers expense unless it was a shipment or order error made by Pocopopcorn.com.
PocoPopcorn.com. will use the available shipping method and pay for the shipping on replacement unit(s).

Terms and Conditions

We will only deliver when the payment has been cleared and all details have been confirmed.
Customers may be responsible for paying any freight charges incurred by refused shipment and unclaimed goods.
Customers may need to provide signature to accept the delivered parcel. The courier will not leave your parcel unattended if no one authorised to accept the parcel is present and your parcel will be taken back to their delivery centre to be scheduled for re-delivery. However, the fee for re-delivery attempts may be passed to the customers when the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery. This is only applicable to courier-based delivery method.
If item(s) received is not what was ordered please do not open the sealed package in which it was sent. Any attempt to use the incorrect item will be deemed to be acceptance by the customer of the item(s) as a satisfactory substitute for the one that was ordered and no further claim can be raised thereafter.
All orders will be shipped and processed according to the availability of the item ordered.
